Curious about how it works?

Do I have to earn and spend with the same person?

No. You earn credits from one member, and use them with any other member in the network. That’s what makes TradeX flexible. It’s not one-to-one barter, it’s full-circle trade.

Where are the members located?

All over Australia. We’re a national network with strong local pockets and access to inter-exchange trading, so you can connect with businesses near you or further afield.

What can I trade?

Anything your business already offers. That might be products, services, time, expertise, or unused capacity (like slow days or excess stock).

What can I use credits on?

Everything from essentials to extras. Members use credits for printing, digital marketing, web design, cleaning, fit-outs, signage, business travel, and more. Some even use credits on team bonuses or lifestyle perks.

Is there a lock-in contract?

No. We don’t believe in locking people in. We focus on building value, not fine print.

Do credits expire?

No. Your TradeX credits remain valid and available for as long as you’re a member.

Is there a limit to how much I can trade?

Not really. There’s no hard cap, but we’ll work with you to make sure your trading stays balanced and aligned with your business goals.

Do I have to trade every month?

No. TradeX is flexible. Some businesses trade weekly, others monthly, others as needed. There’s no minimum, but the more you trade, the more value you’ll unlock.

What happens if I don’t find what I need?

We’ll help. Your Area Manager and our member support team can actively match you with new opportunities or source what you’re looking for, including from partner exchanges.

How do I track what I’ve earned and spent?

All in one place. Log into the MyTradeX hub to view your credit balance, transaction history, and marketplace activity in real time.

Can I refer other businesses?
