- transaction disputes; or
- user misconduct.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it is limited to the resupply of services or the cost of resupply.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TradeX, its officers, employees and contractors from any claim, liability, damage or expense arising from:

- disputes between you and another user.
